RBR20 & RBS20 Reject update of Firmware V.2.6.1.38.

My Orbi RBR20 failed to update to V2.6.1.38 via IOS device, stating "no new updates" at V2.5.1.6 I next attempted direct connection via ethernet cable from a win10 laptop loaded with both satellite ...

Thanks for the response. I will attempt once more with IE browser. Network performance has been outstanding so far. No problems.
