RBR20 accessing spam website?
So my setup is double NATd with ATT Fiber Modem being the top level firewall. I get this alert from the ATT modem. See pic. Attempt to access techsales.live Any clues?

I'd be betting it on coming from one of the devices connected to the orbi.

This is exactly correct. The AT&T router sees everything as coming from the RBR20 Orbi router. Because of Network Address Translation (NAT), the AT&T router has no way to distinguish individual devices behind the Orbi. Strange that this particular web site would be singled out as being a Spam risk. It looks like SO many others.

This is the first time the ATT firewall flagged traffic on RBR20. On the RBR20 network, I have a Firewalla device which does it’s own checks. I have to look into it. Thanks- plemansDec 30, 2021Guru - Experienced User
Sounds like you have more than 1 device inspecting your traffic. They probably use different algorithms or even inspection lists to compare to. Its why one might give a warning and not the other.
