RBR20 can't connect to Kindle

Recently installed orbi rbr 20 with 2 satellites and cant connect to kindle. Latest firmware has been verified.

    Wrong way round. The kindle connects to the wifi sources. I would start at that end of the chain.

     

    Anything could be happening. You provide no useful information to track down any possible problems.

     

    Start with what are you doing and where it goes wrong. Any error messages?
