RBR20 can't login to admin password or orbi app

after entering serial number in box, new window ask me 2 security question. After answering correctly, am taken to another widow which asks for new password and confirmation of password. Then asked to choose 2 more security questions and answers, then click "nest" box after which nothing happens. However after I did this once, and tried again the new security questions popped up, but still the same null result on changing password.
