Changed from ATT Uverse to Xfinity and can't get ORBI RBR20 to connect to the network. Have tried just using reset but device has 'issues connecting'. Shouldn't have to do a new setup, I don't think,...

Not a Factory Reset which involves pressing something in the tiny reset hole until the power LED turns amber and begins to flash?
