I did try to plug in the on satellite and it did not work. It just said offline. Guess I need to read up some more on how this is done. My RBR20 is plugged into a switch on my 1st floor and I tried to plug in the satellite to a switch on my 2nd floor.

What switches is it? And a layout of how you actually have it setup helps.
How is the rbr connected to the switch? Via lan port? Wan port?
What modem/gateway is the rbr connected to?

My Verizon Fios internet comes into my basement and plugs into my gateway router. My RBR is connected to a Netgear switch. (not sure if you need model). I have a moca adapter that supplies internet to my switch. I have the ethernet cable connected to the RBR’S ethernet port that is marked internet. My satellite I’m trying to hard wire is connecting to a switch that also gets internet to my switch there as well.

Orbi routers expect satellites to connect to a LAN port on the router.
With this MoCHA arrangement, both the satellite and the router are part of the FIOS network, and thus the satellite does not appear on the router LAN port.
Congratulations on a creative solution to avoid installing Ethernet cables. Alas, I fear this will not support an Orbi router-satellite installation.
