RBR20 DNS not working
I upgraded my Orbi RBR20 to firmware 2.6.2.104 over the weekend. Ever since the upgrade DNS resolution is not working. I have changed the DNS servers in the DHCP settings to use google and cloudflare instead of my ISP DNS servers and that did not help. The Orbi gives out its own IP address as a DNS server to DHCP clients. If I set DNS in the client manually to a google or cloudflare address, DNS resolution starts working again. Any thoughts on how to get the Orbi to start resolving DNS requests again?

There are dozens of posts this week about Orbi DNS failing after the change in Daylight Saving Time. One solution is to "downgrade" the firmware to the previous version.
R0b0tvampire posted a selection of methods people are using while waiting for (a) the problem to "go away" or (b) Netgear to produce a fix.
Disabling the Traffic Meter per the thread below solved my problem. I had this exact issue.
