RBR20 does not show all attached devices

However, both the app and the web portal are not showing all the connected devices. I have at least three devices that are set to static IP, but only one is showing up. The other two are working fine though. Now I'm not sure if there are other devices (DHCP) that are also missing. Yesterday it was showing me that 41 devices were connected, today it is showing only 34.
Are these IP's set (a) on the actual device, or (b) as an entry in the Orbi LAN Setup Address Reservation table?
They are set on the device, outside the DHCP address pool on the Orbi. BTW, the Fing app finds all the devices correctly.
