RBR20 does not show all attached devices

Yes, all devices are ON, and the static IPs are set on the device, outside the RBR's address pool. No conflicts with DHCP.
Wow, we are sort of "batting zero" (and asking the same thing over and over - sorry.)
How about some truly bizzare questions:
- What are these three devices?
- These devices are wired or WiFi?
- Is there any chance that any of these devices do not regularly send packets through the Orbi router?
i.e. maybe a television and a media server both connected to a switch.
(Since the Orbi does not show them, there is no point in asking where the Orbi thinks they are connected - duh)
