There have been several posts about updating firmware and having issues.
What firmware is installed your Orbi RBR20 have on it? The official release is 2.5.1.16

I have the latest firmware version 2.5.1.16
I've gone through several similar posts, none of them provides a reliable solution

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Do you have Armor or Circle enabled?

I'm located in the US.
I tried to connect dirrectly to the internet with my computer the whole day, and did not experience any drop.
I did the factory reset, is there any hard reset we can do?

If you did a factory reset and setup from scratch on the RBR, this is a hard reset.
Do you have Armor or Circle enabled?
