RBR20 dropping internet connection regularly

Since a couple days, as far as I remember after the upgrade of firmware, the internet connection drops regularly while the WIFI is still connected. I checked the WAN connection status, it is disconne...

There have been several posts about updating firmware and having issues. 

What firmware is installed your Orbi RBR20 have on it? The official release is 2.5.1.16

I have the latest firmware version 2.5.1.16

I've gone through several similar posts, none of them provides a reliable solution

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

    Do you have Armor or Circle enabled?

      I'm located in the US. 

      I tried to connect dirrectly to the internet with my computer the whole day, and did not experience any drop. 

      I did the factory reset,  is there any hard reset we can do?
