RBR20 Dropping web connection
My RBR20 mesh system is constantly dropping web every 20-30 minutes. As you can imagine this is problematic for all devices in the house and everyone involved.
Any one have any advice?
I have:
Reset the router from the iOS application
Hard reset from the main router
Checked firmware almost daily and we are up to date
Purchased net gear security for the RBR20 through the Orbi app.
Any help would be much appreciated. It all was working fine less then a week ago.

1. What modem/gateway is it connected to?
2. what firmwares on the router/ gateway?
3. what actual error does it give you? Connected, no internet?
4. Try a different DNS Server. Here's a few for ipv4. Also remember to change the ipv6 dns server if ipv6 is enabled
CloudFlare 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 GoogleDNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.45. is ipv6 enabled?

Hello HomeUserJJC,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are experiencing interim network issues with your RBR20. The issue described above can occur when there are two routers on a network. To solve this issue please ensure that one of the routers is in AP or modem-only mode. .
For instructions on how to change your RBR20 from router mode to AP mode please navigate to the like below:
