Hello oceanaveprops ,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are not able to set the password to your guest network successfully. Please try navigating to orbilogin.com and then disable the guest network. Then enable your guest network set the password then restart your system.
Best,
Kevin

Thank you. went to that url and logged into site. however, not sure where to go from there in order to see my ORBI settings and make the updates you recommended.
Please provide further details or if I'm in the wrong area or site.
Thank you.

Hello oceanaveprops ,
No problem!
Please follow the steps listed below to successfully carry out the recommended fix:
- Navigate orbilogin.com.
- Enter the router admin username and password. ( The user name is admin. The password is the one that you specified the first time that you logged in. The username and password are case-sensitive.)
- Then Click "Advanced".
- Now, Click "Setup".
- Then, Uncheck all the boxes and click apply.
- Now, Enable the guest network and the SSID Broadcast.
- Then, Select "WPA2-PSK [AES]" and choose a password.
- Finally, Select Apply.
- Now, Select the "Advanced" tab.
- Then, Click reboot and wait for your router to come back online.
Best,
Kevin

Thank you. There is no login page on the orbilogin.com site based on your recommendations. I can log into the site using my netgear info but other than that I do not see anywhere there is a user admin and/or password to enter to access the router info you mentioned.
Please assist if possible. Am I in the right site? area/link of the site?
Thank you.
