Thank you. There is no login page on the orbilogin.com site based on your recommendations. I can log into the site using my netgear info but other than that I do not see anywhere there is a user admin and/or password to enter to access the router info you mentioned.
Please assist if possible. Am I in the right site? area/link of the site?

When users are connected to the Orbi, using either an Ethernet cable or via WiFi, and opens a web browser to http://orbilogin.net , the router intercepts the URL and connects the web browser to the Orbi router web administration, which pops up a login box asking for User Name and password.
If the user is not connected to the Orbi system, then what comes up is a page at Netgear's web site talking about how to Login & Setup an Orbi system.
Are you connected to the Orbi system when trying to use a web browser to reach http://orbilogin.net ?
