Your Orbi's magenta color indicates that it is not connected to the internet. This can be due to a faulty ethernet cable or a configuration issue on your ISP's modem/router. &nbsp;
Please ensure the following:

Your ISP's modem/router is fully functional.
 The Ethernet cable is fully operational (replacing the cable may resolve this issue).
 The Ethernet cable is connected to the correct ports on your ISP modem and your RBR20.
