After months of stability with me working remotely and my four kids participating in remote learning, we basically went from stability to loads of issues after updating to 2.6.2.104 at the beginning of March. Speed tests all looked great, but I began having regular issues with audio cutouts and disconnects with both Zoom and Teams video calls. The kids had lots of stability issues with their classes.

Things were so bad, in fact, that I ended up re-enabling the access point on our modem; the kids and I have all been using that and only a handful of home devices are still using the Orbi access point as of right now. After doing a bunch of the requisite, standard troubleshooting -- rebooting the modem and all Orbi devices -- connecting to the Orbi remained unstable while connecting directly to the modem access point was stable.

I'm fairly certain that I had 2.6.1.36 installed prior to the last update and I'm planning to rever to that version to see how things go.
