This Netgear site shows the satellites that are compatible with the existing router:

You are correct. The original Orbi products are "long in the tooth". Some observations:
- eBay often has such products. (RBS20, RBS40, RBS50)
- It is often less costly to purchase a complete set (router and two satellites) than to purchase a single satellite. See, for example: https://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-Tri-band-Extender-replacement-satellites/dp/B0BSXRNTX1/ref=sr_1_3?crid=5U9RN9N57UMV&keywords=netgear+rbs20&qid=1692766202&sprefix=netgear+rbs20%2Caps%2C195&sr=8-3
- The original Orbi products are now seven years old and do not support WiFi6, which is a common feature of modern cell phones, tablets, laptops, etc. The cost to install a completely new WiFi6 system may not be much more than finding a single satellite compatible with the original Orbi.
- Depending on the specific need, perhaps a WiFi "extender" would solve the immediate problem at much lower cost. True satellites feature seamless roaming between units. If the need is to provide WiFi to devices which do not move (TVs, cameras, speakers, garage door openers, etc.) then a WiFi extender may be all you need at this time.
