RBR20 network map not showing all satellites
RBR20 network map not showing all satellites
Currently using a RBR20 router with a total of 4 satellites connected in the network. 3 are RBS20 and 1 is RBS50 satellite. I would like to ask whether the RBS50 that I have on the network, should show in the network map? It’s obviously still listed in the additional satellites section of the app and the connection is green. I am able connect to the satellite (it’s situated in my Loft, hence the name of it).
Additionally, should the configuration be in a daisy chain or how it looks right now (all connected via the router) is correct?

What Firmware version is currently loaded on these devices?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with.Thats spoke formation and is good. Daisy chaing should be disabled for spoke configuration placement.
What happens if you turn OFF all other RBS and sync the RBS50?
