RBR20 non collega Laptop alla rete
Orbi non collega un Laptop alla rete Orbi (al contrario il Laptop vede e si connette con rete Fastweb). Il Laptop (ASUS A551 LN) accede solo a 2.4 GHz. Orbi collega tutti i dispositivi attivi splittando tra 5 e 2.4 GHz mentre il Laptop non vede proprio la rete Orbi mentre vede la rete Fastweb e altre reti terze. In realtà a volte la ha visto in passato ma poi a seguito di salto di corrente o spegnimento del router Fastweb ha riperso la rete. Sono disperato perché Sonos lavora solo su 2.4GHz e la library della musica e solo su Laptop.qualcuno può aiutarmi? GRAZIE IN ANTICIPO

My ISP is Fastweb and the router is a Fastgate WiFi Dual-Band (4x 5 GHz e 2x 2,4 GHz), with standard 802.11n per i 2.4GHz e 802.11ac per i 5GHz.
current firmware is V2.5.1.16
My Orbi is current L y connected to 2 IPad mini and 2 huawei pone through 5GHz and four Sonos items through 2.4 GHz (see picture attached)
When you are on the laptop and search for WIFI networks, does the Orbi WIFI show up?
