RBR20 router does not work
The device was in use since October 2019. Three months back, I changed my broadband service provider - BSNL landline to Reliance Jio fiber. The system continued to work, after connecting to the new modem. recently, I disconnected the system to move the modem by a foot or so; when reconnecting, orbi router does not work. my devices - iphone, laptop, TV, all connect; but when tryong to connect any web, it keeps trying, but does not work

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Did you power OFF both modem and RBR for 1 minute then power on the modem first then RBR?
- I use JioFiber modem. I have to check for the details. Tried power off; now Wifi is on, but no Internet
