RBR20 slow connection to PC (Ethernet & WIFI)

Power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds, then back ON.
Factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch, walk thru the setup wizard.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Try a different PC to compare speeds as well.

OK - so did the factory reset and things look better; however, I do not see a QOS selection in the Orbi menu (everything else is disabled Circle, Armor & Traffic meter).
I tried both the webpage and app versions of speedtest:
APP:
- Ping: 13ms / Download: 934Mbps / Upload 27Mbps
Webpage:
- First try, Ping: 5ms / Download: 15Mbps / Upload 23Mbps
- Second try, Ping: 10ms / Download: 884Mbps / Upload 27Mbps
- Third try & subsequent, Ping: 5ms / Download: 13Mbps / Upload 26Mbps
Loading websites definitely happening faster...so thank you!
