RBR20 warranty replacement

Hi everyone,

Let me share my experience with customer service from today,

So around 7AM I was calling customer service and was asking to replace my defective orbi ( per the first tech ), unfortunately it's 3PM now and my 12 attempted to get it resolved and all I get is calls that being dropped/disconnection, every the that I call and ask to speak with a supervisor I wait no less then hour and a half just to get disconnected again.

 Anyone experiencing the same?

Is there is a us based representative here?

Please help.
