RBR20 Won't Connect To Internet Hitron Docsis E31M2V1

Just got an Orbi mini, RBR20 can't connect to the internet. Modem is a Hitron DOCSIS E31M2V1. Modem is working. Cables are fine. Setup with app can't connect to internet. Please help.

Did you power the modem off for 30 seconds and restart it?

Yes, I've done that and gone through the initial setup 4-5 times. Called spectrum, they tested the modem from their end.
