RBR20

Updated my Spectrum provided modem to newer version of same model. Connected my trip-band RBR20 router system and it will not connect to internet. Tried all trouble shooting methods for several hrs...

Sounds more like the new modem was initialized/provisioned from the isp. 

What modem is the old one? 

And the new one?
