RBR20

I understand that you are having issues connecting your RBR20 to your new spectrum modem. Please ensure that you are on the latest firmware 2.7.4.24. 

To ensure you are on the latest firmware for your RBR20 please follow the steps below:

1. Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to your Orbi network.
2. Enter orbilogin.com.
3. Enter the username and password.
   The user name is admin. The default password is password. The username and password are case-sensitive.
   The BASIC Home page displays.
   Your Orbi router's firmware version is located in the upper-right corner.

If the issues persist after verifying that you are on the current firmware version please try the following steps to resolve this issue:

1. Turn off your ISP modem. 
2. Disconnect your RBR20 from your modem via ethernet.
3. Reset your RBR20.
4. Then turn it off.
5. Turn on your modem (wait for it to fully boot up).
6. Connect your RBR20 via ethernet cable to your modem. 
7. Now turn on your RBR20.
