RBR20W, Orbi Router and Satellite will not sync.
When attempting to sync the router and satelite, both devices pulse a white light. After several moments both devices stop emitting any light at all.

i.e. Both units are already turned on. Press sync button on router first, and it begins to pulse white. Within two minutes press sync button on satellite. Are you doing this with both units in the same room? (where you can see both of them at the same time?)
Orbi color codes are explained here: https://kb.netgear.com/31030/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Orbi-mean They both turn white when powering up, and they both show no light at all when they are running normally.
Are these "new" units? If so, Netgear provides 90 days of "complimentary" telephone support. Go to the product registration page, register the product, and there is a link to contact support.
