RBR40 - LED RING pulsing green, factory reset not working

Hi, hoping someone can help please.  My ORBI router stopped working overnight and the Router LED RING is pulsing green.  There's no mention of this on any of the troubleshooting guides. No matter how...

Hi FURRY thanks for advice.  I am using Mac OS.  Not sure what you mean with PUT.

You need a TFTP program for Mac OS to use the PUT command. It's a command seen in the TFTP program. It actually send the FW file to the RBR during the recovery mode. Do a web search to see what TFTP programs maybe available or Mac OSX.
