RBR40 - will not let me pause internet in Device Manger

I have an RBR40 and 2 satellites with Verizon FiOs.  When I go into the device manager - I can see where the slide buttons are to pause the internet by device but they are grayed out and will not let me slide them off.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?

    Is this a retail bought Orbi or did you get this from Verizon? 

     

    What browser are you using?

      The Orbi was retail bought - Best Buy.  

      My computer has Chrome on it but I am trying to use the app..  

      and firmware is V2.5.1.16

    If these slide buttons are in the Orbi "app", my impression is that few of us who regularly participate in this forum have much experience with the app.  I, myself, spend 99.9% of my "Orbi interaction" using the Orbi web interface: (http://orbilogin.net) and almost zero time with the app.  I think you have a much greater chance of getting an informed response if you post in the Orbi app forum: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-App/bd-p/en-home-orbi-app
