RBR40 + RBS20x3 Upgrade?
Have 3 satellites and one router bridged to my Xfinity X1. Have been running for 3+ years.
However, it seems slower than usual last 6 months.
Just using for work, some streaming, and home automation.
When should I start looking to upgrade?

Probably better to think ahead. What is the plan if one day it just "doesn't work any more"? Drive to Best Buy and ask the nice 20 year old, "what do you have in stock that I can take home right now?"
For certain, this will be what we used to call a Fork Lift Upgrade. It all gets replaced. Some key factors to consider are:
- What is the total area to be covered?
- What is the goal in terms of total bandwidth?
- How many WiFi6 capable devices will be connected and is the bandwidth need great enough to require WiFi6 capability. (p.s. Even though the vast majority of devices in the house are (a) not capable of WiFi6, or (b) do not really need more bandwidth, in 2024 it makes no sense to invest in a new WiFi system that is not WiFi6 capable.)
- Are you interested in "pushing the boundaries" with WiFi6E (maybe even WiFi7)?
Every company now sells WiFi6 capable mesh WiFi systems.
At the very minimum, it might be a good idea to browse some internet articles comparing WiFi systems in 2024.
