RBR40 After reset cannot access Orbi
I have an Orbi RBR40 with two RBR20 satellites.
Checking the app, one of the two satellites was offline, though everything was working fine. I tried all the troubleshooting but could not get the satellite back online, so, according to the Netgear website, I reset the RBR40.
Now I cannot access anything. I restarted the router a couple of times, but the router does not show up as an option on any device and I cannot log into the app. It's as if it doesn't exist.
What do I do now? Do I need to plug in an ethernet cable and start over?
Thanks.

There are two kinds of "reset".
- Pressing something into the tiny 'reset' hole (like unbending a paperclip, or using a toothpick) just briefly is the same thing as turning the power off and back on: The router reboots.
- Holding the reset until the power LED begins to flash amber will reset the router, erasing all configuration information.
* The WiFi SSID/password will be reset to the values printed on the product label
* The Orbi web login credentials will be "admin" and "password"
* ALL settings made, such as reserving IP addresses for devices, VPN, DDNS, Access Control, etc. will be erased.
* This is called a Factory Reset.
If you did a Factory Reset, then the router needs to be set up again.

OK. I think I did the full factory reset. So I set it up as if it were new out of the box?
yes.
