RBR40 Anywhere access

Cannot enable anywhere access. Keep getting this mewsage "This Netgear device is already registered with another account". Noticed this issue after the router update. Was working fine before the updates.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?

Thank you. I have not attempted to factory reset. Should I be doing it?

Try this first, and be sure to re-enter in the same account information used when it was working prior.

That's very strange. You had no problems, then got an Orbi firmware update, and now it shows registered to another account? Freaky.
