Are you using ios? If so, make sure icloud relay AND private mac/ip address are disabled.

      What modem/gateway is the router connected to?

        The modem is an Arris brand, Model TG6441 from one of the major internet providers in the country I live in (Malta). Not sure if that info is helpful, please let me know what details you are looking for 🙂
