You've plugged your modem's connecting into a lan port and not a wan port?
Hi, yes I do, because when I plug the ethernet cable from my internet router into my Orbi's yellow port, my PC connects to Orbi but there is no internet. When I plug the cable into a LAN port (white), then I can connect to Orbi and get internet. *mind blown*
