RBR40 connection issues

its the orbi RBR40 not the RBK40.... this product **bleep**ing sucks dont waste your money on it. it cant stay connected for more than 30 minutes and i tried caling technical support for it and they hang up on me every time i try to get answers. not even the latest uodate will make it work. i would 10/10 return it for a full refund if i could but sadly im way past my return date now.
