RBR40 Device Manager incomplete list

Hi,

I’ve been using an Orbi RBR40 and RBS40 for 5 years with no issues, updated to firmware V2.7.3.22 back in July 2021. I have 50+ attached devices but after temporarily pausing then restarting an attached device a few times using the Orbi iOS App (V2.16.0.296) yesterday, the Device Manager now only shows, and varies between 12 and 14 attached devices. The missing other 40+ attached devices are no longer listed in the Orbi iOS App, iOS Safari browser access or Windows 10 Edge browser access. The previous circa 50+ devices however, all still have Internet access, be it 2.4GHz, 5GHz or wired Ethernet connection.

 

Has anyone come across this and would be kind enough to share the solution please? Many thanks.
