RBR40 download speed half after 2.5.1.22 firmware update

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a power OFF of the ISP Modem, RBR and RBS for 30 seconds since last FW update been performed?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

The latest modem is made by Hitron Model EN2251. I just got a newer model to rule out former modem issues but the bandwidth constraint is still there. Power off was done as well and still the same. I have not run a factory reset and setup from scratch since FW update.I would try a full reset of the orbi system. Power OFF the modem for 30 seconds as well when you do this. Walk thru the setup wizard.
Check the speed with two different wired PCs.
- Yes working through that now and I noticed my RBW30 satellites are on 2.5.0.4 as well and no new firmware is available.
- But now that I’m trying redo the setup, I’m not able to access my network through the orbi app after upgrading my iOS.
You have to allow LAN side access for the Orbi app with in IOS 14 if you upgraded to this iOS. Make contact with apple in regards to this new iOS fieature.
Or use a PC or laptop and connect to the RBR to set it up.
