rbr40 firmware update corrupt file

Question

have an older rbr 40; trying to manually download firmware as I keep getting "firmware update error" on the app. when I download it says "file corrupted"&nbsp;

my current firmware version is 2.7.4.24

Are you extracting the image file from the downloaded zip file?

It might be useful to look closely at the product number on the label (bottom of case).&nbsp; Does it say RBR40? (not 'X')
