Rbr40 firmware won't update

Something is incorrect. The Netgear support web site shows a lot of firmware versions for the RBR40, but 2.5.1.22 and 2.6.2.104 are not shown. Can you post a screen shot of the Orbi router home page showing the firmware number?
Netgear have determined a hardware fault and replaced, although with an RBR20 which is obviously a downgrade, not sure why it wasn't a like for like replacement?
