I am looking for the most current firmware update for my Orbi RBR40 AC2200 system. The netgeqar support site lists RBR50 system but not the 40. My Nest system has stopped working due to a WiFi error and I believe it to be the firmware. My current version is 2.3.1.58 and when I check for updates it finds a new one. I go thru the activities of updating and it states it was successfull, yet the firmware version remains at 2.3.1.58 Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try a factory reset on the RBR, see if the FW version changes.

If not, see if the FW detects a newer version of FW availalbe....

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
