RBR40 is disconnected and won’t reconnect
Hi. Our ORBI was working this morning but after a brief outage it is showing as “disconnected” and won’t disconnected. ISP is working just fine. Looks like we are connected without internet connection...

After much trouble shooting, we determined the issue was our new "Smart" thermostat. Once we disconnected that, the router began to work perfectly.

- LauraHHDec 29, 2020AspirantIt needed to connect only with 2.47 connection, not 5. Apparently it’s a common issue that is sometimes resolved by disabling the 5 during set up process but may or may not continue after set up. Basically, smart devices aren’t always smart.
