How was v.24 applied to the RBR when you first updated? Auto update or Orbi app?
It's recommended that you manually load v.24 on to the RBR using a web browser and wired PC. After the RBR has process the FW file and is back to ready, power OFF the RBR for 1 minute then back ON. Should be good from here...
Initially it did take it automatically. I tried the manual update before but I will try it the way you said, update then what, give it 5 minutes then power off?
