RBR40 VLAN Newbie

I am not sure if this is even possible on this router but since I do not know much about setting up VLANS I'm hoping someone can help me or point me in the right direction. I am trying to create a secondary network that is seperate from the main network. I assume setting up a VLAN is the answer but I am not sure how that is done. Any help would be appreciated.
