RBR40

So, I just updated from one internet provider to another.  Speeds are supposed to be 200Mbps.  SInce upgrading to this service yesterday, Orbi's won't connect and when they do, download speeds are 4Mbps on our devices.  When i check the speed on the Orbi app it says download speed is 228Mbps.  I didn't have an issue with the Orbi system before but our speeds were terrible. No wifi device will connect to the Orbi system and stay connected.  I need help.

    It would be useful to know what the old ISP device was (brand & model) and what the new device is (brand & model), and what "mode" are the Orbi and ISP device in?

     

    Is it correct to assume that the Orbi is administered using the Orbi "app" and not the web interface? (http://orbilogin.net)
