RBR40

Have a Orbi RBR40 with 3 sat. I can no longer log in through the app. and we can only connect to the wife through the "Guest", can not connect through the main account...  Anyone else having this iss...

The obvious reason would be a spelling error. (I hate when passwords are shown as "dots" on the screen and have botched far too many logins because my fingers are not accurate enough.)

I would first try a power cycle on the router (power off, sing Happy Birthday, power on, wait 3 minutes).

If that doesn't work, then the only to get a guaranteed WiFi login is to do a Factory Reset:

When connected to the Orbi WiFi using the Guest network, the Orbi "app" will not be able to find the Orbi router.  That is because the Guest network default is not to "Allow guest network to access each other and my local network."  (I just now tried this with my Orbi. Guests are not allowed to fuss with the Orbi management.)
