I understand that you got disconnected from your RBR50 while updating to the firmware V2.7.4.24.

 

Resetting your RBR50 using the 30-30-30 reset method has been proven to solve the issue in similar cases. 

 

Below are the steps for a 30-30-30 reset:

 

  • Hold down the reset button for 30 seconds,
  • Keep it pressed while you unplug the router from the power source for 30 more seconds, 
  • Then plug it back in while keeping the button held down for an additional 30 seconds
