Why are you trying to contact that address?
By default, the RBR50 will pick 192,168.1.1 as its default IP address for the local network.
The router will use10.0.0.1 if it sees something else already in that address. In most cases this means that when you set up the RBR50 it saw another router between it and the Internet. In that case you are into double "NAT country".
Perhaps that explains the odd behaviour you see.
