RBR50 - can't login to orbilogin

A Support representative setup my orbi system so I didn't pick the security questions or admin and password values. I resetted my orbi to factory default settings but it is still asking me for the same security questions. I'm not sure how to reset those values so I can finally login to orbi.

    If you reset the system the login will revert to the default of admin/password.

    You need to use a paper clip to depress the reset button and hold it in until the power LED starts flashing Amber. You may need to hold it in 30 seconds or more.
