RBR50 - Green power light on Orbi is on but nothing else works

Green power light on Orbi router is on but nothing else works. I have tried rebooting it. Tried unplugging it for a while and turning it back on. Tried to factory reset it (held reset for a full minute and green light never changed). When I went to work everything was fine. When I came home it was like this. I don't think anything happened while I was at work. No one else was home and no other devices are behaving as if there was a power outage. I am not elligible for phone support any more. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

    I recommend you contact NG support and ask for help on this. Maybe a bad unit and needs to be RMAd. 

    How long have you had the unit? 

     

    Have someone check the power adapter voltage and amps. 

    Try a different same spec power adapter.
