Hi there, How do I to reset unanswered security questions? I never set them up years ago. I cant get an answer from technical support. Thanks

It depends on whether you can log into the Orbi web interface successfully. If you are able to log in, navigate to the Advanced Tab, Administration, Set Password page. After entering the correct password in the top box, just enter it again (and again) (i.e. do not actually change it), then proceed down the page to the security questions.
If the reason for the question is that you are unable to log in, FURRYe38 is correct. The only way in is to reset the Orbi.
