RBR50 - Just a white light no orange flashing power button

Hello all, 

 

I have been trying to restore a ORBI RBR50 V1 that has gotten into a bad state.  What I end up getting is a green power light and solid white light on the top of the unit.  Have tried many of the TFTP threads and nmrpflash with no luck.  I feel that if I can get the router's power to flash orange I could get TFTP to reflash.  30 30 30 won't work, multiple resets and even talking nicely to it, nothing.

 

Looking for a next step.
