RBR50 | Firmware Upgrade

Don't forget, a firmware download comes in a zip file that you have to unpack.

Yes after extract it is .img file and still showing corrupt

whats telling you its corrupt?
you know you don't open the file right? You upload it to the router using the manual process (do the satellites first).

Be sure your not trying to open the .img file. Do not open this, just send it to the RBR using the RBRs web page.
